2012

Peter Stuckenschmidt founded RackID in Melbourne, Australia in 2012 when he noticed a gap in the industry after unsuccessfully trying to find a company that could customise warehouse identification solutions to his needs. From Nested Location Cards to End of Aisle signage to Floor Identification, RackID was the first to form these concepts and bring them to market.

2014

RackID wins a nationwide contract with Linfox to deliver solutions for the ADF (Australian Defense Force) as well as other well-known customers such as Mercedes-Benz, Toll Logistics and Woolworths.

2015

RackID moved into its first purpose build premises. The demand for turnkey solutions continues to rise in the industry.

2017

RackID once again doubles the size of its operation, adding a 2nd state of the art flatbed printer.

2018

RackID doubles the size of its base operations and adds a second state-of-the-art flatbed printer. This capability meant RackID was able to produce fully custom designed signage up to 2.4m for clients in house.

2020

RackID adds a digital printer/plotter to the equipment list. This enables RackID to expand its product range with additional products, including non-slip floor stickers, window stickers and vinyl location labels. RackID is also adding a commercial-size laminator to give customers peace of mind when sourcing solutions that will be exposed to the weather.

2022

RackID continues to be a leader in providing turnkey solutions for the warehousing, distribution and logistics industry.

2023

RackID starts its activities in Europe with an office in Munich, Germany.

Peter Stuckenschmidt

Founder & Managing Director

With more than 30 years of experience in the warehousing industry and a master’s degree in engineering, Peter has worked with the biggest names in the logistics industry in project management and in the planning and implementation of large distribution centers.

Liam Stuckenschmidt

General Manager

Liam is one of our most experienced employees at Rack ID. He has been with us since the beginning and has learned everything about the business, from sales to production and project management. After completing his B.Com degree, he joined us full-time and has never looked back.

Rohini Sujith Menon

Sales Account Manager

Rohini joined the team at the beginning of 2022 and has quickly made a name for herself in the industry. Rohini has a Master’s degree in Commerce and has worked in Australia, India and the United Arab Emirates in the areas of proposal writing, database management and customer service. Rohini is happy to assist our new and existing customers.

Jack Clark

Specialist for production & installation

Jack has been with the company since 2016. He was at the forefront of most of our installations. Jack takes over all production tasks and carries out installations as required.

Eddie Plaskur

Production manager

Eddie has worked in the manufacturing and warehousing industry for many years and joined the company in 2021. He works closely with the Sales and Operations departments to ensure that production and delivery targets are met. For inquiries about production and delivery, please contact Eddie.

Thomas Yamada Kolde

EU Manager
